Project 1 is divided into two parts, the first part is group work and the second part is individual work.

In a group of 6, every group need to have the floor plan of a maximum 3 storeys bungalow and carry out structural framing and prepare a structural drawing for the bungalow.  The structural plan should include the foundation plan, every floor plans and roof plan. For the individual part, students need to analyse 4 beams and 2 columns.After that, the proposal is produced in the form of an A4 report.
